Enter the Customer Utility Usage Portal (CUUP)

The City of Salem is introducing a new Customer Utility Usage Portal to aid our residential, commercial, and industrial customers in tracking their respective electric and/or water usage. Upon successful enrollment, a customer can utilize the CUUP to:

• Review monthly, daily, and even smaller incremental usage data for all AMI equipped meters. This portal presents data in easy-to-read interactive graphs that allow a user to click on a specific data point to display a deeper level of detail.
• Export the represented data in a .csv format that can be customizable.
• Set up email and/or text notifications for minor and major water leaks.
• Set up email and/or text notifications for user defined usage thresholds for both electric and water usage.
• Establish a profile specific to the facility that is being served to get specific recommendations on how to conserve utility usage.  

To enroll, visit the Customer Utility Usage Portal and click on Sign up now below the Sign in button. You will need the following information to enroll:

• Full Account Number as it appears on the bill.
• Last Name as it appears on the bill for residential customers.  Full Business Name as it appears on the bill for commercial and industrial customers.
• The Zip Code for where utility service is provided.  In most cases, this will be 24153.
