Finance

The City of Salem Finance offices are located in City Hall in Downtown Salem. The department's employees are responsible for Financial Management, Budgeting, Accounting, Payroll, Utility Billing, Meter Reading, Utility Collections, and Purchasing. These functions are performed for the City Government and Utilities.

In addition, the Finance Department serves as fiscal agent for Court-Community Corrections Program and the Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy.
