Facilities

Station 3 is located on the South side of Salem on Eddy Avenue near Riverside Drive. This is a single Engine / Medic Truck company that has numerous capabilities and specialties. Station 3 houses our Engine 3, Medic 803, and HazMat trailer/equipment. Many of our HazMat team members are highly trained personnel that are able to use various HazMat suits, Chlorine cylinder kits, patch kits, a spill trailer and foam trailer, train derailments, propane tank ruptures, leaks, etc. The Salem Hazardous Materials team is also a part of the Division 6 team allowing the team to be deployed in various parts of the state for incidents.
