All classes (except Chair Yoga- Day) are offered in 2-month sessions (Jan/Feb, March/April, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec
$30 if taking one (1) class per week
$50 if taking two (2) classes per week
$70 if taking three (3) or more classes per week
$5 drop-in rate per class
* Tuesday and Friday chair yoga is a 6-week class for $20 if taking one class per week or $30 if taking two classes for 6 weeks. *
City of Salem employees and Salem School employees are 1/2 price. Children (6-17) are 1/2 price.
Registration form and payment is required for all new students. CHECKS or CASH ONLY. Checks made payable to the City of Salem.
All Classes are held in the large room in the back of the Salem Senior Center (110 Union St.)

This Class is designed to reduce body fat and sculpt muscles through a series of strength training exercises using bands, balls, free weights, and more. It's a great program for all fitness levels!
Day: Monday
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Instructor: Lori Fadorick
Chair yoga uses modifies yoga poses that can be done sitting in a chair or standing behind a chair. Excellent for adults who cannot transition to the floor poses.

Yoga is a great way to increase joint mobility, improve muscle tone and flexibility, and improve balance. Yoga can also improve memory, focus, and attention. Along with promoting an overall sense of well-being.

Time: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

This class uses a variety of exercises to constantly challenge your body and give a fun, different workout each week. You will mix body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Classes are designed to include cardio, strength, core, and conditioning.

Time: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Body weight training combined with interval and strength circuits to maximize calorie burn and train all aspects of physical fitness. This class also includes functional movement training by integrating movements that train your body and muscles to work synergistically together.
Day: Saturday
Time: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Instructor: Lori Fadorick
Yoga class that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation to heal the body and mind. In this class, poses are held for longer durations, encouraging a more profound release of tension and increased flexibility.
